• High-Quality Glazing: The project required the supply and installation of external commercial-grade glazed windows and doors, with a focus on meeting specified U-Values and SHGC ratings. This ensures the building's energy efficiency and performance.

• Detailed Workmanship: Our scope included all necessary components for a complete installation, from frames, subframes, and seals to all fixings, angles, and cover plates. We were also responsible for the provision of samples, shop drawings, and engineering certifications, demonstrating a commitment to quality and compliance.

• Rigorous Standards: The project was subject to extremely detailed standards and requirements, including a 10-year warranty on framing, glazing, and sealants, as well as specific documentation for quality assurance, safety, and modern slavery policies.

• Professional Coordination: This project involved working within a larger program and required close coordination with the main contractor. Our contract included stipulations for BIM management, site setout, and adherence to a strict timeline, highlighting our professionalism and project management capabilities.
