Key Project Features

The Rosebery Engine Yards project involved a major glazing installation to transform an industrial site into a modern commercial space. The scope of work included:

• High-Performance Glazing: For external applications, we installed 6mm/12mm/6mm Clear Low-E DGU, which is an excellent solution for thermal efficiency. Internal spaces were fitted with 12.38mm Clear Laminated Glass, ensuring both safety and a sleek aesthetic.

• Specialised Systems: We provided a variety of systems including large fixed panels, sliding doors, and double swing doors to meet the diverse needs of the project.

• Complex Façade Integration: A key feature was the installation of aluminium composite panel cladding into the window wall framing, demonstrating our ability to integrate different materials and create a cohesive facade system.

• Durable Finish: All aluminium frames received a Warrantable Powder coating from a standard range, which will provide a long-lasting and high-quality finish.

The Result

Our work on the Rosebery Engine Yards project has successfully contributed to the revitalisation of a key commercial space. The new glazing system, which includes high-performance DGU and a variety of functional window and door systems, has created a modern, safe, and energy-efficient building.
