Key Project Features

The Nirimba Fields Primary School project was a comprehensive glazing package designed to meet the high standards of a modern educational facility. The scope of work included:

• High-Performance Glazing: For external applications, we installed 24mm (6/12/6) DGU Low-E Glass to meet thermal performance requirements. Internal areas featured 10.38mm Clear Laminated Glass, which also contributed to acoustic performance.

• Specialised Louvre Systems: A key feature was the use of Thermique Safetyline Jalousie Manually Operated Glazed Louvres with 6.38mm Comfortplus Neutral Laminated Glass blades to meet specific thermal and ventilation needs.

• Acoustic Performance: All internal doors were specified to achieve an acoustic rating of Rw 32, ensuring quiet and effective learning spaces.

• Diverse Product Range: The project included a wide variety of window and door types, such as numerous manually operated glazed louvres, single swing doors, sliding doors, and fixed glass panels, all supplied and installed across three different building blocks.

• Project Specifications: Our work was delivered in strict compliance with a detailed specification that required us to provide sub-jambs to all items and a custom Servery window with no glass included.
