Key Project Features

The Neutral Bay Public School project was a comprehensive upgrade of Building L, with a focus on delivering durable and high-quality glazing solutions. The scope of work included the installation of:

• High-Performance Glazing: We installed 6.38mm & 10.38mm Clear Laminated Low-E Glass for external applications and 10.38mm Clear Laminated Glass for internal glazing, ensuring energy efficiency and safety.

• Functional and Aesthetic Variety: The project incorporated a diverse range of systems, including awning windows, manually operated glazed louvres, and Alspec SWAN 45 series hinged doors.

• Durable Finish: All aluminium frames received a Powdercoated Interpon D2525 Bronze Pearl Matt finish, providing a long-lasting and aesthetically pleasing appearance.

• Specialised Inclusions: The project also included the supply and installation of Invisi-Gard Security screens to all ground floor operable windows as an extra over cost, as well as the provision of standard fly screens to operable windows and door closers to manually operated hinged doors.

The Result

The completed project at Neutral Bay Public School has provided Building L with a robust and modern glazing solution. The blend of high-performance materials and functional systems has created a more secure, energy-efficient, and visually appealing learning environment for the school community.
