Key Project Features

The Harrington Park Primary School project was a comprehensive and multi-staged installation that showcases our company's design and construct capabilities. The scope of work included:

• Extensive Glazing Package: The project was delivered across multiple phases, including new builds for the Administration/Library block and refurbishments to Blocks A and C. We supplied and installed a wide range of external and internal windows, glazed doors, and partitions.

• Specialised Systems: The project included the installation of a variety of functional systems, such as motorised high-level glazed louvres and aluminium framed partitions for internal spaces.

• Custom Hardware: We supplied and installed all hardware for the aluminium doors and windows, coordinating with the builder to ensure all components, including seals and acoustic requirements, were met. This included supplying products such as hinges, locks, door closers, and perimeter seals.

• Project Management & Documentation: As a design and construct project, we were responsible for a wide range of documentation and coordination, including providing detailed shop drawings, engineering certificates, and installation certificates. Our team also worked closely with the builder's Procore defect management system to ensure a high-quality finish.
