Scope of Works and Services:

The project for Greenwich Public School, managed by Taylor Constructions, focused on the supply and installation of external mechanical louvres. The work was detailed in a quotation from Modern Glazing Group.

• Louvre Installation: The scope included the supply and installation of four external mechanical louvres above the main entry on the GR Campus. These were divided into two locations:

  • South Elevation (Part B): Two louvres were to be supplied and installed. The quotation notes that additional posts were required for these items due to their long span.

    
    

  • North Elevation: Two louvres were also to be supplied and installed on this elevation.

    
    

• Louvre Adjustments: The project also included adjustments for items that were credited or deleted:

  • A credit was applied for the deletion of two small louvres on the East elevation.

    
    

  • A credit was also applied for the deletion of one louvre on the South elevation, which was replaced with a larger louvre.
