• High-Performance & Thermal Glazing: Installation included Clear Double Glazed Units (DGU) with Low E Glass for enhanced energy performance, as referenced by the project's Section J requirements.

  • Specific glazing included Colourback DGU Glass and Clear Laminated Glass in screen panels.

• Specialty Window and Door Systems:

  • Integrated Manually Operated Glass Louvres (SafetyLine Jalousie system) with Toughened Blades for controlled natural ventilation.

  • Installed Aneeta Sashless Double Hung windows and various Aluminium framed Fixed Panels across four levels.

  • The project utilized an extensive range of window and door schedules (e.g., EWS-301, EWS-302, WIN-101).

    
    

• Access & Entry Solutions:

  • Integrated Aluminium Glazed Automatic Sliding Doors using major commercial brands (DormaKaba, ADIS, Briter, or equivalent).

  • Installed standard external Single Swing doors, Double Swing doors, and Manually Operated Sliding Doors.

• Framing and Finish:

  • Used reputable aluminium systems from manufacturers like ALSPEC, Capral, or equivalent.

  • All external visible aluminium elements received a consistent Powder Coated Standard Range Dark Grey RAL 7021 finish.
