Scope of Works and Services:
The project, titled "Elizabeth Street Refurbishment," involved a number of glazing and door-related tasks on different levels of a building for the client, Shape Group. The work was based on a bill of quantities and was broken down by level.
Level 2: The scope included the supply and fitting of double automatic sliding doors, which did not account for the existing glass panel. The quote also covered the supply and fitting of all missing and non-functioning hardware, excluding the glass replacements or any timing or wiring.
Level 12: Work on this level included the replacement of missing glass panels. The team was also tasked with the supply and fitting of all missing and non-functioning hardware, as well as the repair of non-operational sliding doors and doors that closed on hinged doors, excluding any frame or glass replacements.
Level 13: The scope of work here was similar to that of Level 12, encompassing the replacement of missing glass panels, the supply and fit of all missing and non-functioning hardware, and the repair of non-operational sliding doors.
Level 16: This level had the same scope of work as Levels 12 and 13: replacement of missing glass panels, supply and fit of all missing and non-functioning hardware, and repair of non-operational sliding doors and doors that close on hinged doors.
